Nature Grants

The Vale Nature Partnership are looking to support local organisations and groups in the Vale of Glamorgan with a selection of Nature Starter Packages which will deliver on the actions of our Nature Recovery Action Plan.
Your project must be on publicly accessible land, engage and have impact with the local community and benefit biodiversity.

Nature Recording Starter Package and Habitat Creation Packages are available to apply for and include:

The funding of these packages is made possible through the Local Places for Nature Scheme, funded by Welsh Government.

Vale Nature Partnership Nature Starter Packages
Biodiversity Project Grant for Partners
​Our Nature Recovery Action Plan (NRAP) Grant is available to partners of the Vale Nature Partnership, for larger-scale projects that do not fit within the Nature Starter Packages. To apply, please email us with a brief outline of your project. We will then send you an expression of interest form, which you can submit to the team for consideration.

​Your application will be considered by the Vale Nature Partnership grants panel, comprising of members of the Steering Group.
