Nature Art Event - Swifts, Swallows and Martins

Join Vale LNP and Sarah Hannis for a free creative evening inspired by the beautiful aerial acrobats of summer – swifts, swallows and martins.

We’ll have five hands-on activity stations where you can explore and celebrate these iconic birds through art:

1. Drawing & Painting Station: Use watercolours, coloured pencils, and reference materials to sketch your favourite bird.

2. Colouring & Info Sheets: Colour in pre-printed designs featuring species ID tips, behaviours, and nesting styles.

3. Make Your Own Hanging Bird Model: Cut out and construct cardboard models of the four species to take home or display.

4. Print Your Own Bird Bunting: Use pre-carved lino blocks and water-based ink to make beautiful bunting designs.
